QC-ASC Series Automatic Sample Dividing & Seed Counter

Suitable for counting various crop seeds such as corn, rice, wheat, soybean, sesame, vegetable seeds, melon seeds, as well as fast and accurate counting of tiny workpieces, pearls, medicinal pellets and other items.

Besides the seed counting function of traditional counters, it is equipped with automatic rotary sample dividing (12 rotating cups) and automatic record printing functions.

8. Preset Value Setting & Auto-stop at Full Count: The rotary plate automatically stops once the preset cup number and grain count are reached.
9. Rotary Multi-station Design: After counting of the current cup is completed, the unit automatically switches to the next cup. Material feeding can continue uninterrupted during bagging.
10. Pause Function: Supports pausing during counting. Users may resume counting or restart after pause.
11. Built-in Deceleration Program: Automatically slows down for precise counting when the grain quantity approaches the preset value, helping prevent overshoot and improve accuracy.
12. Adjustable Rotary Plate Speed: Stepless speed regulation allows the counting speed to be freely adjusted.
13. Buzzer Alarm Prompt: Short beep upon completion of each cup, long beep when all counting is finished, and six short beeps for fault alarms.
14. Adjustable Sensitivity: Sensitivity can be adjusted for seeds of various sizes and shapes.
15. Counting Time Recording: Records and stores the time consumed for each cup to reach the preset grain quantity.
16. Status Display: Displays real-time working status including standby, counting, paused and counting completed.

18. Data Printing: Built-in thermal adhesive label printer for automatic data printing. Printed labels can be pasted directly onto seed packaging bags.
